PAPER!! --- Kat
I did a little research to understand what I could do with paper engineering. I made a pinterest board and seen below is a little selection of things I found interesting.

After a bit of talking with my teacher Loes and trying some simple things out, I decided I wanted to make a pop up or pull tab book. Firstly I tried to figure it out by myself and just do it on one page, but I figured multiple pages seemed like a better idea. Both were firstly done by using scizzors and paper.

It took me a little bit of calculation but in the end I had a working little prototype. When you pulled the tabs you could see that instead of hash codes there are cute little patterns. I also made a version where when you pull the tab, the hash codes appear.

The prototype for this week was made using acrylic, I wanted to build a better version of the blockchain tower from week 5. As well as I upgraded my idea with an Arduino concept. ( Ultimately I didn’t use the Arduino. ) This time I added validation with the Arduino, a button would detect if the last left out piece would be correct. If correct a LED strip would colour green. If not, nothing would happen. Unfortunately I wasn’t very happy with the results. I pictured it way better in my head. ( Marjolijn conformed this )
PUZZLE - Rick
With these two prototypes Rick and I came together and discussed what we should start focussing on. Should we put these together already? Should we focus on only one of these prototypes?

We decided that we will give it one more prototyping round and see how we can mix these up together.
